In Lucca, olive oil is renowned for its long tradition and high quality, thanks to particularly favorable climatic and natural conditions that have earned it the nickname “Gold of Lucca”. At the San Martino factory we have about 500 olive trees that produce an average of 400-500 liters per year of high quality extra virgin olive oil.
The varieties present in our company are moraiole, leccine and frantoiane. We harvest the olives between October and December exclusively by hand, plant by plant, and we bring them to the mill within 12 hours of harvesting. We thus obtain a caressing and harmonious oil that appears emerald in the glass and is available in bottles of 100, 250 ml.
